I see a lot of things about pair valves in bikes there seems to be a lot of confusion around them pair has a valve that’s being told to open By the ecu to inject clean air straight into the exhuast to help emissions by diluting it ,while having a full system will pull in way more air often pulling more unburned fuel aswell it will cause backfires “pops” on decel due to oxygen from your pair system which is why people will block off the pair system with plates to reduce that it can also throw off afr readings which could affect tuning process is atleast my take on it
