Due to no power Armstrong Automotive will be closed until 130 today, will follow up then and update if we will be open this afternoon after 130 or not. City Hall advised they could NOT give a time the power will be restored!

People not to sound rude, but if you come to shop and need us to look at your car or you have a question, we DO NOT do curb service. We WILL NOT walk to your car to talk to you. If you are able to get in your car and drive it here, you can get OUT of it to make an appt or talk to us about it. If we know you and know you have a disability hendering you from getting in and out or elder then yes we dont mind, but DO NOT come and sit in driveway blocking it from other customers that are not lazy.

Just putting this out there, if someone does work to your vehicle and you have the same issue that you had it at another shop for, chances are we will tell you to give the other shop the chance to make it right first. Not that we don't want your business, but we would want the same opportunity to correct any issue. We are all human and not perfect and make mistakes, give us the chance to make it right. If you come to us with check engine light on and we diagnose the problem and fix it, you leave and call back and say check engine light is back on you need to bring back to verify same code is back so we can rectify the problem. If it's not the same code that will be another issue and diagnostic. These code readers DO NOT tell you what the problem is, it only gives you a starting area for your technician to look, they MUST DO DIAGNOSTIC testing to find the problem.
