It’s officially busy season, be patient with me as the phone is ringing off the hook and I can only speak to one person at a time. Not to mention trying to churn the work out each day. I operate as the boss, salesman, secretary, shipping receiving, and installer. If I miss your call, don’t take it personally and try again, you’re important to me. Same goes for getting on the schedule for work. I do my best to work everybody in as quick as I can and in order. Doing my best to balance work load with health since it does nobody any good when my knee takes me out completely. Thanks so much for 33 years and still grinding!

While I typically post zero personal issues on the store page, I know my weeklong+ absence has lots of folks bewildered.. I’ve simply been unable to stand or walk since last Saturday. I started a round of new and even more powerful meds yesterday and while I’m still not planting both feet on the ground, I am seeing some improvements.. I pride myself on keeping a somewhat tight schedule for a one man show and I genuinely do my best to keep anyone from waiting any longer than necessary. I ask for your patience as I try to get back to 100% and knock out this backed up work load. Thanks John Boy
