We are looking for the glue that keeps the shop running smoothly. Our Front Office team member is responsible for scheduling vehicles for service, answering phones and emails, communicating with insurance companies, processing payments, maintaining records, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the repair process.

Our Front Office team member plays a key role in keeping the shop organized, ensuring customers receive exceptional service, and helping the entire team operate efficiently every day.

Pay: $20-24/hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
