Birmingham Parking Authority Providing & operating safe, accessible, convenient and affordable parking in the City of Birmingham.

The Birmingham Parking Authority was formed in 1972 as a separate entity of the City of Birmingham for the purpose of developing and managing the off-street parking facilities for the City. BPA is a self-sustaining agency managed by parking industry professionals and financed by parking revenues. As of January, 2012, the Birmingham Parking Authority manages:
