There are faster shopsā€¦ there are cheaper shopsā€¦ there are shops that will most likely make you feel better about yourselfā€¦

Butā€¦

Thatā€™s not who I am, quite frankly it never was. Iā€™m not the best at customer service. Iā€™m not the best at communication (prior to repairs) and Iā€™m sure not going to tell you something thatā€™s not true.

But if we do something (or donā€™t for that matter), itā€™s exactly as we discussed or charged for.

One of our oldest fleets got to us in the knick of timeā€¦. Very rarely, these trucks throw a code (p0087) for a weak CP4 pumpā€¦. And upon inspection there was no metal present!

For a fraction of the costly fuel system repair, we are installing a DCR pump!
