The Service Advisor is responsible for the following:

-Greet customers and answer service calls in a timely, friendly manner.

-Schedule appointments and communicate with customers to determine the mechanical problem(s), establish a time line, and estimate the cost of repairs, when needed.

-Create work orders, and communicate with the Shop Foreman on needed repairs, and time line.

-Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on repair orders, contacting customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised, and recording all changes on the WO.

-If additional work is needed, explain the details to customer, including the additional cost and time considerations.

-Track vehicles status being repaired off-site.

-All other duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-A passion for customer service

-Reliable & detail oriented

-Self-motivated

-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment

-Exceptional communication & follow-up skills

-Basic computer and phone skills

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance.

-Service Writer/Advisor experience preferred, but not required

Salary Range $14-21/hour, dependent on experience. With over time available.

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the inventory to a level needed to ensure fast moving and critical parts are readily available for various equipment, including but not limited to trucks and trailers. The Inventory Specialist will also monitor new returns, core returns, and slow-moving items. This role is crucial to ensuring that we have the right parts at the right time so the fleet can be maintained to the highest standard in the truck maintenance industry.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Ensuring all parts are organized, assigned bin locations and are barcode labeled
• Perform weekly cycle counts
• Return unneeded parts weekly to vendors, including new, defective, warranty and cores
• Monitor parts consumption to eliminate over stock and excess inventory
• Create POs
• Receive POs
• Assist as needed in other areas of the department
• Work harmoniously with the Service Department providing support as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Windows and Enrich Fleet Maintenance Software daily

Qualifications
Average computer skills or better
Microsoft Windows, Outlook
Enrich Fleet software knowledge a plus but not required
High School graduate

40 Hours/Week, with overtime available.
