The Chase Bays Thermostatic Oil Sandwich Plate with 1" Spacer for FA20 / FA24 Engines.

Previously only available as part of our FA20 / FA24 Oil Cooler Kits, we're now offering this setup on its own for those looking to piece together their own external oil cooler system.

The factory coolant-assisted oil cooler has its limitations, especially when these engines start seeing extended track time and higher oil temperatures. We designed this setup to properly eliminate the OEM cooler and make the transition to an external oil cooler as clean and simple as possible.

One of the biggest differences is our FA20 / FA24 specific Extended M20 Stud Adapter. Rather than relying on a universal threaded adapter, we designed and machined our own solution specifically for these engines to ensure proper fitment and functionality.

The kit includes:
• Chase Bays Extended M20 Stud Adapter
• Chase Bays 1" Oil Filter Housing Spacer
• Chase Bays 180°F Thermostatic Oil Sandwich Plate
• Chase Bays 10AN 90° Male Swivel Adapters

The thermostatic plate helps regulate oil flow through the external cooler based on temperature, while the included 10AN adapters make plumbing your own cooler setup straightforward.

This is a purpose-built solution that takes the guesswork out of adapting an external oil cooler to your FA20 / FA24.

As we begin phasing out our previous master cylinder supplier, our Clutch Master Cylinder Adapter Kits will now begin shipping with the NEW Chase Bays Single Piston Master Cylinders! After over a year of development and testing, we're excited to start introducing our own redesigned master cylinders across our product lineup. This gives us more control over quality, consistency, and long-term support while continuing to improve the products we offer.

The Chase Bays Clutch Master Cylinder Adapter is the cleanest, most complete solution for upgrading / replacing your OEM Clutch Master Cylinder.

It’s made from 1/8” (3.17mm) thick powdercoated steel, with pressed and welded M8x1.25 studs for a rock-solid, OEM-style install. No guesswork. No drilling. Just a precise fit that works.

Choose from three options based on your build needs:

Adapter Only – Just the firewall plate. Great if you already have a master, fittings, clevis, and reservoir.

Adapter + Master Cylinder Kit – Adds a CMC in your choice of 0.625” or 0.75” bore, plus all AN fittings and clevis to adapt to your factory pedal.

Full Add-On: Reservoir, Bracket & Hose – Adds our standalone Chase Bays Clutch Fluid Reservoir, mounting bracket, and EPDM feed hose for external mounting. Isolating the clutch fluid system from the brakes is critical for track use, you don’t want heat or failure shared between circuits.

These kits do NOT work with OEM clutch lines, but they do work with the Chase Bays Clutch Lines. When you choose the "ADD Master Cylinder:" option, we include the correct 3/8-24 banjo bolt, so you just swap that in place of your M10x1.0 and you’re good to go.

After a year of testing and development, Chase Bays Hydro Handbrakes are now shipping with our NEW Single Piston 3/4” Master Cylinders!

When developing these, our goal was simple: make them as compact as possible without sacrificing the strength, reliability, and performance needed to withstand the abuse that comes with drifting.

The new design features a smaller overall footprint, making it even easier to fit our Hydro Handbrakes into tight interiors where every bit of space matters.

Bringing these Master Cylinders into our own product lineup also gives us more control over quality, consistency, and long-term support. This means a much more streamlined warranty process, easier replacements if ever needed, and a better overall experience for our customers.

Designed around the demands of drifting, our Hydro Handbrake provides precise control when you need it most. However, any Hydro Handbrake is only as good as the system behind it.

The Chase Bays Hydro Handbrake and Handbrake Line Kits are designed to work together as a complete setup, giving you consistent lockup, better modulation, and a much cleaner way to integrate a hydro into your car. Your OEM handbrake and cables are more than likely worn from years of abuse, requiring frequent adjustment and hoping for the best on every pull.

Depending on the chassis and setup, we offer both Inline / Pass-Thru kits for using your existing rear calipers and Standalone kits for dedicated secondary rear calipers. Our chassis-specific Handbrake Line Kits take the guesswork out of plumbing and replaces all the old and crusty OEM components with -3AN stainless steel braided, Teflon PTFE lined, black PVC coated lines.
