Today, we celebrate our leader, Ryan LaFontaine!

If you know Ryan, you know he brings an unmistakable energy everywhere he goes. Whether heโ€™s sharing his vision, rallying our teams, connecting one-on-one with a team member, on the sidelines cheering on one of his kids, rooting for the Lions or Michigan Football, or simply catching up with a friend, Ryan is always all in.

And behind that energy is an even bigger heart. Ryanโ€™s faith is at the center of who he is and how he leads. His dedication and loyalty to his family, his friendships, and the people around him are reflected in the way he shows up every single day.

And while family begins at home, for Ryan it extends much further.
