Dear Top Tech Automotive Customers,

We hope that you and your family are safe! With the 'shelter in place' order in effect, we have made a few adjustments to keep you safe and provide you with the car repair service you need during this time.

· Waiting Area: Due to the contagiousness of this virus we are no longer allowing customers to sit in our waiting area while we work on your repairs. Until further notice, our shop will be strictly drop off and pick up only.

· Increased Vehicle Sanitation: Each vehicle will have the inner and outer door handles, steering wheel, shift k**b, radio buttons, ignition key, turn signal stalks and center console disinfected twice during the visit.

· Remote Consultation: If you have a question about your car or something is not functioning properly, you can schedule time to discuss over the phone and/or video. In some cases, we may be able to identify whether it is an urgently needed repair. If we cannot identify remotely, we will work with you to schedule an appointment.

To ensure that our employees and customers are safe, we are running a reduced staff and it may take longer than normal to schedule an appointment and complete the repair. Call us today at 406-655-3546 to discuss what options work best for you. We appreciate your patience and flexibility.

Thank you for being a valued Top Tech Automotive customer - we look forward to helping with any of your car repair needs during this time.

""PREPURCHASE INSPECTIONS""

Attention used vehicles are used for multiple reasons, but the most common reason is component failure or the beginning of a failure. I cannot stress the importance in a complete inspection & extensive road test prior to purchase.

Used car lots are a mecca for heart break as we see it ALL the time, a newly purchased low mileage vehicle, it looks great, it drives great what could go wrong, then bam the failure appears & the vehicle hasnt reached its 30 day temporary tag when all of a sudden your looking at a MAJOR repair to the vehicle, which could cost thousands!

Again we see it all the time, get it professionally inspected, it will save you the drama pertaining to the "USED CAR GREMLINS"!
