Job Overview:
Jake's Automotive & Diesel Repair is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. This position offers immense and frequent opportunities for growth and development. You'll work in a controlled and efficient environment focused on light duty diesel service, maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and efficiently repair diesel pickups
- Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficency and quality repair.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with co-workers and management
- Ensure compliance with personnel safety regulations and internal company policies

Employee Requirements:
- Previous experience working on light duty diesel pickups (Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax platforms)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills specific to the manufacturers mentioned above
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge in light duty diesel maintenance, service and repair, with a desire to transition into performance work when needed.
