Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Receptionist Job Description
Position Overview
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR), Receptionist
Responsibilities
• Preferably with knowledge of CCC One estimating management system
• Perform additional duties as required
• Pre-post daily repair orders for end-of-day pick-ups
• Ensure reception and customer waiting areas area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
• Accept payments by cash, credit cards and checks from customers
• Record receipts, delivery of change and other transactions throughout the shift
• Schedule appointments
• Direct customer calls to the desired or appropriate person/department.
• Maintain a courteous and professional manner
