"Without ever having used Quality Car and Truck repair, I called them after an oil change from another provider in town. I had the oil changed and drove to gas up the vehicle but it wouldn't start. The oil place was nice enough to come to the gas station as check the codes on my vehicle. He suspected a fuel pump issue. I called Quality Car and Truck to see if they could look at it and and they said they could get it right in.
I had the car towed there and they were very nice. I cannot emphasize enough how considerate everyone I dealt with there was.
The next day they had confirmed it was the fule pump.
Quality Car and Truck called me every day with updates even when we had to order and wait days for the part. They took pictures of the problems that needed to be addressed and anything that popped up. The communication skills that they employ with their customers are impressive..
They were prompt. Courteous. Professional.
I have already recommended them to several people and I intend to give them more of my business."
