Job Description:
As an Estimator at M&M Collision, you'll be the key player in assessing vehicle damage, mapping out an o.e guideline to repair, and walking customers through the repair process. From inspecting damaged vehicles to assuring customers feel comfortable and confident with the repair process.
Responsibilities:
• Examine and evaluate damaged vehicles to determine required repairs
• Assess the cost of labor and parts for repairs
• Prepare and submit insurance forms with cost
estimates
• Clearly communicate with customers about
their vehicle’s damage, cost, and timeline
• Draft and enter repair work orders into our
system
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs
What You’ll Bring:
• 1+ years of experience in collision repair
estimating
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle structures and
repair processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow
instructions
• Ability to negotiate with insurance companies
and ensure fair estimates
• Physical ability to handle lifting (up to 35
pounds regularly, occasionally more)
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced,
production-oriented environment
