Somebody changed this wheel seal and left a piece of the old seal on the differential causing the new seal to get chewed...

Somebody changed this wheel seal and left a piece of the old seal on the differential causing the new seal to get chewed up and the hub bearings to come loose. Could have been dangerous. Cheaper isn’t always better.
