We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication & Mechanical Upgrade Technician to join our custom vehicle shop, specializing in building high-end classic cars and restomods. The ideal candidate has strong MIG/TIG welding skills, experience in custom metal shaping, and knowledge of mechanical systems (electrical, suspension, chassis, engine installation).

Job Description:
We build unique, high-performance, and show-quality classic vehicles. We need a detail-oriented fabricator who can handle everything from rust repair to full custom body fabrication and component installation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Metal Fabrication: Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum.
* Customization: Shape, cut, and form sheet metal for custom panels, chassis, and body mods.
* Mechanical Upgrades: Install and upgrade suspension systems, drivetrains, brake systems, and engine conversions.
* Assembly: Assist with teardown, fabrication, and reassembly of project vehicles.
* Quality Control: Ensure all fabrication meets superior structural and aesthetic standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in automotive metal fabrication, restoration, or custom building.
* Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding techniques.
* Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, specifically classics and restomods.
* Own tools required (specialty shop tools provided).
* Self-motivated, team player, problem-solver, and a passion for cars.
