This goes out to all the doers, the risk takers, and the dreamers… the guys who thought, “You know what sounds fun at the age of 22? Massive responsibility, sleepless nights, and fixing cars during Minnesota winters.”

These guys were betting on themselves long before most people could rent a car without extra fees. They built something bigger than an auto repair shop — they built a culture that’s better for the community, better for technicians, and honestly, better for anyone who’s ever heard the words “check engine light” and immediately panicked.

This honor is incredibly well deserved. They’ve survived economic ups and downs, road construction seasons that lasted longer than some TV series, and now tariffs — because apparently running a business on “hard mode” wasn’t enough.

But where most people see problems, they see opportunities… or at least another reason to drink more coffee.

Watching the way they invest in training and growing their staff is something special. They don’t just build shops — they build people.

We spent an afternoon looking back over the last 22 years, celebrating every win, every loss, every stressful phone call, and every “How bad is it gonna cost me?” conversation that led them here today: eight shops across Central Minnesota, working every day to make auto repair a better experience for everyone.
