Brilliant Red Audi R8 V10 Spyder in for a Major Paint Correction and Modesta BC-04 Nano Titanium Glass Coating. This car's paint work had been severely abused by the dealership/previous detailer and was covered in deep scratches, buffer trails, micromarring and a dull, pink and faded look in general.

35 hours went into the paint correction and coating process, bringing the Brilliant Red paint back to a true, deep red that was just dripping gloss. The paint was treated to Modesta BC-04 for years of protection and the rims and calipers were sprayed with BC-06 to combat against brake dust. The final result looked incredible as the light bends and dance on the lines and curves of the car, and will continue to do so for years to come.

991 911 Targa 4 GTS in for Modesta BC-04 coating. This car was in fantastic shape, but needed help getting to the next level. The car went through an extensive wash, decontamination, minor paint correction followed by the prep, application, and infrared curing of BC-04 on the body and BC-06 on the rims and calipers. The 911 looked stunning after, and will be well protected for years to come!

C7 in for a Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, and SunTek Clear Bra from Rock Guard Film. This Corvette only had 1,400 miles on it, but had been viscerally abused by the dealership prior to sale. Deep scratches gouged into the paint, water spot etchings, and a terrible "buffing" job left the paint in horrible shape with a dull, hazy gray effect to it(See pic 7).

While the car was only scheduled for a minor paint correction, it made a massive difference in the paint and restored an amazing amount of gloss, depth, and clarity to the paint as it transitioned from a hazy gray to a sharp black. The car was then delivered to Rock Guard Film for a proper install of a SunTek clear bra to protect the front end and rocker panels from rock chips. Between the clear bra and coating, this Vette will be sure to turn heads for years to come.

Audi S4 in for a Major Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, and Interior Detail. The previous owner had run this through hundreds of brush tunnel washes, and it showed. The paint was dull, visibly grayed, and had deep scratches on every single section of the car. Extensive compounding was done to remove them, which made a massive improvement in the finish. After, the S4 was coated for years of protection and gloss.

Gorgeous San Marino Blue M6 in for a paint correction and SB3 Coating. Although this car had less than 14,000 miles and had been coated by a previous detailer, the results were lackluster. The car was properly corrected and coated, which added a massive amount of gloss and depth to the amazing color. Pictures don't do the final result justice, the car looked absolutely incredible in person.

LEGENDARY, 3-Rotor ITB engine RX-7 in for a full paint correction and Modesta BC-04 Nano Titanium Paint Coating. This car has had the best of the best work on it over the years, from the rare and fabled 20b engine imported from Japan is 1 of 2 in the entire U.S. with Individual Throttle Bodies, and interior parts have been copper plated in Hollywood from the makers of the Emmy awards. The exhaust is a custom, one-off design for the owner of the car, along with many other parts in the car.

Naturally, the best is required for the 25-year-old original paint, so a full paint correction was in order to bring clarity back to the finish followed by Modesta BC-04 for years of protection and the highest gloss available. This rare piece of art was truly a pleasure to work on, and is nearing the completion of it's build. Hoping to see this beauty out at a few car shows before the season is over!

This car drove in from Chicago for a car show after being coated by Chicago Auto Pros Glen Ellyn and even after thousands of miles since the last wash, the car cleaned up easily. Brand new 2017 Huracan Spyder in for an extensive treatment to remove defects from the factory, a Nano Titanium paint coating, and to bring the gloss and clarity of the paint to a new level.

Like most exotics, this beautiful Rosso Mars color is hand-painted and hand-finished at the factory, but the workers don't have the time, tools, or skill to bring this car's finish to the level it deserves. At Horizon Detailing, we specialize in Concours detailing, or "better than new". ~40 hours went into removing the buffer trails, sanding scratches, dull areas, and random deep scratches from the paint to bring it a new level of gloss and clarity - be sure to check out the before and 50/50 shots in the photos below. After the process was finished, the paint was coated with Modesta BC-04 Nano Titanium Glass Coating and the rims/calipers/exhaust coated with Modesta BC-06.

The final result looked incredible, with the metallic of the Rosso Mars exploding the sunlight and offering deep, wet reflections in the shade. The coating will protect the paint for years to come and make cleaning a breeze.
