Had a Ford Flex today that needed new front brakes and an axle replaced. The customer mentioned their TPMS light came on earlier. Turns out the bead on the wheel was corroded. I cleaned the bead, sealed it and remounted the tire. Problem solved. Reach out to schedule your vehicles routine maintenance or needed repairs. 724-740-8009

Had an interesting job today. A long time customer of mine had a minor fender bender that damaged their headlight. The headlight assembly was very expensive to replace. My customer asked if there was a way to repair it. I used a plastic welder to reattach the broken tabs to the headlight assembly. Needless to say, my customer was very happy that I was able to repair it.

Got those leaky brake lines replaced today. As I said that things come in threes, so I’ll be expecting another Subaru with rusted brake lines next week. 😉

Installing new valve seals in these cylinder heads I’m reusing. Some things require OEM parts. Valve seals are one of them. These aftermarket valve seals were the source of oil consumption on a brand new shortblock. Sometimes it’s the little things that get overlooked that can turn into a bigger issue down the road.
