Our production line produces clean cut CNC parts. Very minimum manual saws used in the shop. Our pre engineered kits are easy to assemble and weld out clean creating a smooth job flow. Painters:
$20.00-$25.00 an hour starting pay with a per job bonus on each boat $500.00 per job and up. This is a full time position even in poor weather conditions. Durning these such time we will have you doing other parts of the boat building process to keep a full weeks pay every week.

Shop Helpers:
Must be 18 years old. Job duties include but not limited to: Prepping materials and cleaning welds, Cleaning shop areas before and after jobs, Assisting in yard and building maintenance. This could be a path for career advancement in multiple departments to choose from depending on skill and work ethic. Also, will consider a summer position for college students.
