Big Stinky came to the shop with rear fenders that didn't fit the look of the truck. Especially after the 40" tires were installed. Amber did the CAD design, and cut the new fender pieces on the plasma table. Mike, Shane, and myself did the fit and finish of the new rear fenders for a more fitting look for Big Stinky that mote closely resembles the original fenders of a wc12.

We have been in the processof fabricating new fenders for "Big Stinky" that will resemble the original style and closely match the front fender radius and rounded front body lines.
The process began with C.A.D. (cardboard aided designed) then steel fender edge prototypes cut on the crossfire plasma table by Amber.
Mike, Shane, and I then assembled the fender skeleton.
I then welded the skin to the skeleton.

"Big Stinky"
The 1942 WC 12 has new shoes. 40" x 13.5" Cooper tires wrapped around 17" Black Rhino wheels.

Up coming work will be to correct the radius of the rear fenders to more closely match the front.

I normally don't work on yellow iron. Sometimes I make exceptions for my regular customers.
This JD 450G dozer came in with a damaged angle cylinder.
A new cylinder was required for the repair. We pressed the cylinder to frame boss back into alignment with some fire wrench assistance 🔥, installed new spherical bushings, pin, and replaced the damaged hoses.

While it was in the shop. I also checked and adjusted the track tension.
This JD is ready to go back to work on the ranch 😊

I have a customer's Polaris UTV in the shop for repairs. One of the repair items on the list is the shifter handle.

I gave Amber the job of replacing the handle, and told her to be creative.
She came up with a CNC plasma cut aluminum pistol grip shift handle assembly to replace the original.

Our design for the replacement handle piggybacks the original handle pivot. It only requires the installer to drill one hole to lock the replacement handle to the existing pivot.
