Two different fuel issues hopefully resolved. I went through my qjet on the Bu to make sure everything was good and reset anything adjustable. I reset the APT, idle screws and the choke. It seems much happier now. On the GTI I soaked the ISV in the ultrasonic with carb cleaner. Now coming off a rev it doesn't feel like its going to die. Two victories??!!

I was able to finish up the rear seat bottom. I also received the package tray and day early so I installed it and the seat back. While I'm working on the front seat i laid out the carpet to relax.

The biggest fight on this door panel was getting the nut on the mirror adjuster. There was just enough threads so I needed three arms, but instead I made a tool from a copper pipe to get the nut started and locked on.

Yesterday I was able to finish up the rear seat back and get it placed in the car. I still need the package tray so I'll bolt it in later. Its nice to see things coming together.

I was able to get the rear seat panel sewn up top stitch and all. Very interesting without a long arm machine.

The owner of the 1973 Dart brought a new steering wheel center with the car. It will have to be painted along with some other trim but I thought i would check the horn buttons. Of course they were dead. After pulling them apart and cleaning off the green slime, they all work now. Paint is next.

With the insert done I can start making the borders.

I cut a piece of plywood to mount the sub and amp for the 49 Chevy. There are rubber feet on the bottom where it sits in the trunk and it will be bolted to the rear seat braces. Once the seam sealer dries I can mount and wire it up.
