Just wanted to let all of our valued customers know that we are having phone issues, again, unfortunately. All incoming calls are going directly to voicemail. We have notified spectrum but they said there’s no issue on their end. We’ve tried to transfer calls to an employee’s cell phone but that doesn’t seem to want to work either. Please know we are doing our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
