So since the northeaster we had a couple weeks ago we've had some changes. Seeing some really good Drum fishing a few tatog and sheepshead, flounders are still hanging around for now, water temps are starting to drop some which should make the tatog fishing and rockfishing get better. This September we have been doing well so far the warm water temps is killing are usually good sheep's head bite by now, we're picking at some but nothing like years passed but every years different we need a cold front which i believe we should be getting on Monday if the weather man is right. Flounder Spanish and Sharks have been the regular with Croakers and Spot and some Kingfish, Speckled trout are starting to make a showing in the back bays and around the sand island grass flats.I will be offering a 2 person casting trips on my 21 foot skiff also for Specks and Rockfish this fall mid October into November. Hopefully with this cold front and some dropping water temps our sheep's head and flounder bay fishing will pick up. The big Red Drum are around also on the Shoals casting cut bait while anchored up.
