This has ALWAYS been a policy here at Boss Hawg, but due to some recent events we feel like this needs to be brought back up. As you all know, we are a small business and every dollar counts within small businesses. If we get stuck with items because you changed your mind or we couldn’t get it fast enough for you and it’s something we’ve had to special order that may or may not be returnable, it affects us! We do our very best to keep you updated along the way on special order items, but cannot control supplier inventory and sometimes there can be lengthy back orders, so please give us the common courtesy to be able to cancel the order ahead of time if you are going to source it elsewhere!
