QUICK NOTE ABOUT US

This is a little out of the ordinary for us, but it’s been on my heart today to share.

My name is Jayden, and I’m the owner of High and Wide Detailing. This morning, we had an issue with a customer where our communication fell short. We didn’t respond quickly enough, and it resulted in a review from that customer.

Anyone who knows me knows how seriously I take the reputation of HWD. I care deeply about the experience our customers have with us, and when we disappoint someone, I take it personally.

I also wanted to share a little perspective on what HWD looks like behind the scenes. HWD is run by two people: my brother Quinton and me. That’s it.

Every vehicle that comes through our shop is worked on personally by us. Between the two of us, we handle the detailing, PPF, coatings, scheduling, customer communication, phone calls, marketing, website, administration, equipment maintenance, and everything else that keeps this business moving.

I do my best to respond to every inquiry, message, and call in a timely manner. But occasionally, something will get missed or a response will take longer than it should. If that happens, please know it’s never intentional, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

HWD has always been about protecting people’s dream vehicles and providing a level of quality and care we’re proud to put our name on.
