Fast Truck and Trailer is going to knock it outa the park in 2026.
We have all the people in place already to offer killer high quality service.
Except an Office Person.
So we need an outstanding office person, which will be officed at the Benton shop.
What we offer this person is a great compensation package, great work environment, complete systems already in place, structure and massive assistance.
Compensation will start on what you tell us you cost. Then we go from there.
What we need from this person is:
Be laser focused
Be very proficient with Excel, Word, Quickbooks, emails.
Able to truly understand how money flows through our POS system and Quickbooks.
Be able to NOT be distracted
Must be detailed oriented, no data mistakes allowed whatsoever (trash in trash out)
Understand how process systems are utilized to keep organization running simple and flawlessly.
Be analytical with understanding data
Be a good person, communicates well, and is nice.
Actually the owner of Fast, who hates paperwork, has performed all these office functions. So for him to be able to do this, it must be relatively easy, just gotta understand how the money flows and keep it simple and perfect.
