Bad or good from local auto shops

Just had my oil change done at Tire Engineers in Benton. Pulled up late in the day. Dropped my 24ft trailer in their parking lot and had my oil changed. Great service as usual and great price. If you need service done, I stand behind them on multiple jobs done. Also my injector issue in my 7.3 are almost done at Ducks Garage in Benton. Great diesel Mechanics here. I’ve had them tell me things where I saved money and they could have charged me and I wouldn’t have known better. Thanks to both of your locations!

So I always like to promote local businesses that actually do a good job or go above and beyond to make a customer happy. I’ve never heard of this location and actually went there out of necessity. I had a blowout on my box trailer yesterday on I-430 and the spare was no good. Everywhere closed at 5:00 that I could make it to but Ramsey was open until 5:30. I pulled the trailer there on three wheels and made it there right before they closed. They were more than friendly and replaced my tire. Very good service and price was better than others I’ve had replace the 10ply tires before. It was after their closing time when they finished and I paid. Very glad they worked with me because I was in a pinch and needed the tire in order to work. I highly recommend them if you need tires replaced and thanks to everyone at Ramsey Tire & Auto.

What a shop looks like before they do bad service in Saline County. Then we have what the shop looks like after you do poor service or try and get over on some people and bad word of mouth sets in. Mechanic shops that take advantage of people don’t last long in this tight-knit community. Y’all have a great day.

Just got back from vacation after having paid Tire Engineers in Benton to put tires on two trucks and an alignment. Everything ran great and there were no unexpected issues with their work. Great group of guys!

Had tires put on two vehicles last week and oil changed. They continue to do great work and stand behind it. Highly recommended by me for quality/price. Thanks for being honest.

This is just one msg received out of a few that is positive about Ron's body shop and I've actually used them back when I had my Tundra and you couldn't tell the whole side was scraped at one time.

WAS DRIVING DOWN ACCESS ROAD TODAY IN BRYANT. I noticed a couple cars sitting outside "Honest" Automotive and all I could think about is the bolts left loose on my truck. I hope it's just oil changes and I'd still check the plug.

Duck's came out to me on the side of the road and spent about an hour trying to get a truck started that I let run out of fuel. Afterwards I towed it to their shop and they had it fixed in a couple hours. Evidently you don't run diesels out of fuel. But when it was all said and done he didn't even charge for the hours on the side of the road. Great service for the Benton community and they believe in taking care of their customers. Thanks to Duck's Garage!
