Upon arrival & removal of the tire, we noticed the bottom brake caliper slide pin bolt completely sheared off

First thing we did was notify the client & inform her that we have to replace the brake caliper slide pin & bolt to complete the job successfully

Within 15 minutes, the client returned with the part & we successfully completed the installation without an issue 👍
