A Tesla Semi electric truck has been spotted being towed and it is raising concerns about reliability, but it's not too surprising early in the program.

? Without a permit and a few exceptions, only one vehicle can be towed behind another motor vehicle.

Last week, an inspector noticed this vehicle combination driving on I-41 in Outagamie County. The driver was stopped and informed this was unsafe for operation on the roadway. An inspection of the vehicle combination yielded other violations and was placed out of service.
