We are looking for the right individual to help our customers make the decision to sell their vehicles to our purchasing operation in Bend, OR. We buy Automobiles, RV's, Boats and Motorcycles. We are a fast-growing company with huge growth opportunities for the right person. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for calling customers interested in selling their vehicle to our company. They will also be responsible for generating new customers through finding leads through Craigslist, Community Events or any other avenue they can find!
Essential Functions:
Search for possible leads and purchases through various avenues
Contact potential customers and gather information
Use company programs to generate offers
Accurately complete required forms, paperwork, and other items as needed
Create new avenues of business
Monitor email, text messages and other forms of communication with clients
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the auto industry
General understanding of Microsoft Office
2 Years sales/customer service
