🚗🔧 **Customer Update: Ford Escape Repair** 🔧🚗

Today, we received a call about a Ford Escape experiencing some issues – leaking power steering and a transmission that wasn’t moving. After a thorough inspection, we found that the power steering was leaking from the pump due to a bad seal, which needs to be replaced.

On a positive note, the transmission had just been serviced, but it was low on fluid. After filling it up, we got it moving again! 🎉

We’ll be ordering a new power steering pump and getting our customer fully back on the road in no time.

🚗🔧 **Customer Service Update!** 🔧🚗

Today, we had a customer come in with some issues on their trailer—specifically, inoperative lights and brakes. After a thorough inspection, we discovered that a blown fuse was caused by a poor connection, and the trailer brake controller was worn out and needed replacement.

Our team quickly jumped into action! We temporarily repaired the wiring to ensure the customer could get back on the road and use their trailer for an important job. We're on it to get a new harness and replace the controller for a permanent fix!

🚗🔧 **Today's Repair: 6.4 Powerstroke** 🔧🚗

We had a 6.4 Powerstroke come in today with multiple issues that needed our attention. The EGR coolers were leaking, along with a steering box leak and an oil leak. This poor truck was losing so much fluid that it was affecting power steering assist!

To get him back on the road safely, we’re replacing both the EGR coolers and the steering box with a redhead box. 🛠️

Additionally, the customer just had an oil change at the dealer, but unfortunately, their drain plug is leaking badly. We're taking care of that by installing a new one to prevent any further issues.
