What is this falling from the sky?!
RAIN!!!
After what feels like 947 years without a decent drop, the campground is finally getting a drink! The dust has been flying, everything is crunchy, the burn ban has us eyeing every campfire like it’s a felony, and the trees are probably wondering if we forgot where the water faucet is. 😂 We’ll gladly take this campground spa day!

We actually woke up to some cooler weather this morning, and we're not going to lie... it was pretty exciting. Even if Texas decides to change its mind by lunchtime, we'll take it. 😂

With cooler camping days hopefully making their way toward us, we've got four sites either available now or opening October 1.

And they're all a little different.

SITE 21 | AVAILABLE NOW
$500/month | Standard Pull-Through

Big, shady, and right in the middle of the campground near the dog park. Plenty of room and plenty of trees, without the VIP price tag.

SITE 20 | OPENING OCTOBER 1
$550/month | VIP Pull-Through

Long, wide, and one of the first sites you see when you come into the campground. It has a larger yard with plenty of room to spread out, have a cookout, or just enjoy your space.

SITE 41 | OPENING OCTOBER 1
$525/month | Smaller Rig

Tucked into a quiet little nook in the trees, Site 41 has a cozy, wooded feel all its own. It's best suited for a smaller rig and would be a nice spot for someone looking for a little more peace and quiet.

SITE 35 | OPENING OCTOBER 1
$550/month | VIP Back-In

Site 35 is one of those spots that really feels like you're camping in the Piney Woods.

It's shaded, wooded, and tucked away with a little more privacy. If your idea of camping involves trees all around you and a quiet place to sit outside with your coffee, this one might be right up your alley.

Four sites, four different personalities.

And after getting a little taste of fall this morning, we're officially ready for campfires, cooler evenings, and all the good stuff that comes with this time of year.

This one is a prime spot.

Site 20 is typically the first site you see when you drive into the campground, and it’s got the space to make a great first impression.

It’s long, wide, and has a larger yard, giving you room for cookouts, hanging out with the neighbors, or simply spreading out and enjoying your space.

If you like being where the action is while still having plenty of room around your rig...

And then there’s Site 41. ❤️

This little spot is tucked away in its own cozy corner and feels like a wooded wonderland.

It’s best suited for a smaller rig and would be especially sweet for a single camper or couple looking for something quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by trees.

Picture your morning coffee, a little breeze through the trees, and nowhere you particularly need to be.

Yeah... that kind of spot. ☕🌲

We have these two gorgeous Malinois or German Shepherd pair of young ones running around our campground located at 13577 State Hwy 64 in Ben Wheeler, Tx.

They look like a bonded pair and super curious. We cannot catch them, but they have been here all day. We believe they belong to someone in the area and we really want them home safe.
