Some cars wear their detail on the surface. This one makes you look twice before it shows its hand.

Euan’s Z3M Coupe is finished, and the timing couldn’t be better. Vorsteiner wheels now wrap around Wilwood big brakes finished in Surfers Paradise Gold Metallic — because if you’re doing brakes right, you might as well make them impossible to ignore. Pop the hood and the CSL intake confirms what the exhaust already promised: nothing here was an afterthought.

What a week at NJMP Thunderbolt. The NJ BMW CCA's Spring Fever event brought perfect conditions both days, a great group of HPDE drivers — many of them our own clients and friends — and some solid racing across B-Mod and C-Mod for the #420 and #421.

The event also raised money for the Westlake School, which made it that much more worth showing up for.

Race results were favorable across the board, but the moment of the week came off the timing sheet. Matt was awarded BMW CCA Club Racing's Spirit of Club Racing award — a sportsmanship commendation for stopping mid-event to help troubleshoot two fellow Club Racers' cars. Matt being Matt.

Congrats to the New Jersey Chapter BMW Car Club of America and BMW CCA Club Racing on another great event. See you at the next round.

Season Opener. New asphalt. Same mission.

NJMP Thunderbolt looked a little different this weekend — and we were there to figure it out first.

NJ BMW CCA debuted the “Devil’s Pass” configuration, bypassing the Octopus entirely with a freshly paved connector that drops you into a sharp 90° from Turn 9 straight into Turn 11. New layout. New reference points. No road map. Just reps.

For us, it was another chapter in the development of #421 — our S54-swapped E36 M3 sedan running C-Mod. Swipe to the end for the best lap. Not bad with a co-pilot, old tires and basically stock suspension. Guess we know what we’re doing next 😉

Beyond the car, this weekend belonged to the people around it.

Tim — three weeks removed from Club Race school — completed Instructor Training School this weekend. Incredibly, it marked the one-year anniversary of his entry into the sport. Congratulations, Tim. You earned every bit of it.

Eight client cars on property this weekend. Eight for eight. Not a single issue. That’s not luck. That’s the work that happens before the gates open.

To NJ BMW CCA and the entire NJMP staff: thank you. Another safe weekend, another well-run event. We don’t take that for granted.

BMW CCA Club Racing came through again with a great event! Thank you for inviting us to instruct this season's opening Club Race School.
We'd like to congratulate our friends Tim and Andy on graduating and competing in their first Club Race Empower's own E90 335d and E36 S54 M3 made appearances with new wide body kits and even fatter stances. We can't wait to keep pushing these platforms in 2026 🙌
