Four things: Thanks, Alternative shops, Warranty repairs and Honey
#1
Many people would say they are humbled by your replies to the news, but I'm not sure that is right. I would say I am so grateful to know that we were such a blessing to you as much as you were to us. Your outpouring of love and sadness show it and my heart is deeply moved. I don't think it would be arrogant to say that we worked very hard to ensure that your experience with us would always be a win-win, even if it was a win-loss to your advantage. For that ethic we give all credit and glory to our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, "for from Him and through Him and to Him are all things."

Although we are a hard act to follow, believe it or not there are other good and reputable shops in the area! I will give you some advice and a few names:
a. Check Google reviews
b. Ask your friends
c. Call your local Advance, Napa or Auto Zone and ask the commercial accounts manager, "which shop in the area has the
best reputation for ethics and expertise?"
d. When you do call or walk into the new shop, don't be shy and "interview" the owner or manager. Let them know what you experienced at Accu-Tech and reasonably expect from them. And then ask them if they can deliver.
e. Avoid the chain/franchise stores. They are geared for dollar signs. ( the same can be true of new car dealers). Independent shops have a lot more skin in the game when it comes to happy repeat customers.
Alternative Shops:
After asking around, these are the shops which I've heard good things about and are local to your area:
Washington: Puleo's Auto Clinic, Hytec, (European cars)
Belvidere: Marshalls, Jacks,
Blairstown/Columbia/Hope: A-Tech Automotive, The Auto Shop
Phillipsburg: Hendershots Garage, Broadway Auto
Hackettstown: Hoff's Auto
I truly hope this helps you transition smoothly into a trusting relationship for your vehicle service needs.

In the event you experience a problem involving a service we performed or part installed, you could have up to
two years of part and labor coverage if you go to a shop that is a TECHNET member (through Advance Auto Parts)
or a NAPA AUTO CARE CENTER. Just ask the provider you choose if he is a member of either or both.
# Four If you've been a honey customer of mine and would like to continue purchases, please email me
at [email protected]. I will be expanding that business and am currently developing new avenues of distribution.
A new website is underway at: www.homesweetcomb.com and you can also find me on facebook under the same name.
Sincerely and with much love,
Jamie
