Proud to Support Those Who Serve Our Community

Hannan Towing was proud to partner with the Towing & Recovery Academy to host a hands-on Heavy Vehicle Stabilization & Auto Extrication Training for the Glen Dale Fire Association.

Our Director of Towing Operations & Training, Beau White, had the opportunity to work alongside Glen Dale’s volunteer and career firefighters, providing real-world training in heavy vehicle stabilization, recovery, and extrication techniques.

We have tremendous respect for the men and women who respond when our community needs them most. It was an honor to provide our equipment, facility, and experience to help strengthen their training and preparedness.

It might seem like a small detail, but giving other drivers plenty of warning helps them know what you’re planning to do and gives them more time to react safely.

This past Saturday was a very special day for the Hannan Towing family.

We are proud to have provided the Glendale Fire Department with approximately $70,000 in new battery-powered vehicle extrication and rescue equipment.

These specialized tools are designed to cut, spread, and open damaged vehicles quickly, helping firefighters reach and safely remove people who may be trapped after a serious accident. Because the equipment is battery-powered, firefighters can deploy it quickly at the scene when every second counts.

This was not simply a financial contribution — Hannan Towing directly invested approximately $70,000 in lifesaving rescue tools and placed that equipment in the hands of our local firefighters.

Our towing and recovery teams work alongside first responders at accident scenes, so we understand how important it is for them to have the right equipment when lives are on the line.

We are honored to support the men and women of the Glendale Fire Department and to invest directly in the safety of the community we serve.
