Still at it. Same routine these days. Bike for 20 minutes (a real bicycle), Row for 15 minutes, Run twenty 20-meter sprints, all three times a week. Work out with weights, upper body, lower body, each two days a week, four days total a week lifting weights. Getting slender around the mid-section these days. If you are just starting or thinking of starting, I recommend starting on the rowing machine....

Have to take a break from work outs. Car is in the shop. Have gym equipment at home, but easier to use gym's gear. But eating healthy. Or rather, I am eating. Milk, MetRX shake with Creatine added, peanut butter sandwich, mashed potatoes, cornbread. Lots of tea today home brewed, instant with lemon flavor, cup of coffee made with fresh ground coffee beans, latte made with half and half (fresh ground coffee beans), and making a liter of soda with soda stream....
