Alright y’all I’m getting another batch of AGW hats made 👊

We’re doing Richardson 511 flat bills and Richardson 112 curved bills again. Same top tier hats as before.

A lot of people have been asking about hats but I’m not gonna lie I’ve honestly forgotten who all asked 😅 so if you want one speak up in the comments.

I’m going to post pics of some of the hats we’ve had made previously so you can see the quality and how they turn out.

Some jobs test you.

We had a Subaru recently that turned into one of the most frustrating situations I’ve dealt with in a long time. Calibration after calibration. Research. Testing. Three windshield swaps. A lot of hours nobody sees.

At one point, we even sent her to the dealership because we wanted to rule out the possibility that it was something on our end. The dealer told her she needed a $1,300 camera and wanted to charge another $760 to install it.

That didn’t sit right with me.

So instead of leaving her stuck with a massive bill, we went back to the drawing board. More research. More testing. More time.

After a lot of recommendations from other professionals, we ended up installing an OEM windshield and dialing everything in properly.

End result? Everything is working exactly like it should.

This wasn’t a smooth job. It wasn’t easy. It cost us time and money.

But when we take care of a customer, we don’t disappear when it gets complicated. We figure it out.

Got a message from her this week saying everything is working great and thanking us for sticking with it.

That’s what matters.

Auto Glass Works isn’t perfect. But we’re accountable. And if something isn’t right, we don’t walk away from it.

That’s the standard.
