Even when it appeared that the dealer might not have what I wanted at the moment in its inventory, there was no pressure to buy something that the dealer did have. Step 1: check out our DealerRater reviews. Like this one “Everyone is solicitous and helpful and my car always seems fine after service. But, when I pick my car up, the seat has changed - it’s too low - and the mirrors have changed. I can’t leave the dealership without spending at 5-10 minutes making my car driveable for me. I wish that whoever changes everything would put it back. Other than that I love my Subaru Crosstrek and I find the people helpful and kind.” Step 2: give us a call!
