2018 Honda Accord

Overall the car went very smoothly. We really enjoyed this project. The customer provided us with a recycled sub box for his mounting that he cut down and we modified for the space. The water trap and compressor reside inside the box which provides an extra layer of sound deadening with little effort. The car drives absolutely incredible and Honda has done a great job overall with the car as far as comfort and enjoyment go. For the first time ever I'd honestly consider a Honda for my next car. Things we did: Modified customers recycled sub box to house all of our necessary components. Full suspension install. Line plumbing with safety measures near abrasion points. Wiring with OEM+Standards for location and appearance, other than the inline fuse that remains visible for convenience. Mounted emergency valve behind seat in case of compressor failure. Fabricated mount for manifold. Fabricated brackets for front lead lines.
Things we enjoyed: Having a great linear routing for lines and harness down the passenger door sill area. While we did have to make some small pass thru holes for the clean and safe routing we like to do, and the plastic housing at the driver front door used for the factory harness was a bear to get into, it proved a perfect home for our soft lines and wiring alike. Honda also continues to provide a car that is enjoyable to work on and modify.
