"Awesome! My wife was rear-ended and on a recommendation from a friend, we had the vehicle taken directly to Pack Brothers. Ultimately, our insurance company deemed the vehicle a total loss - so there was no work to be done and no money on the table for Pack Brothers. That's why I was so surprised and impressed by the response from Hunter and the team at Pack Brothers - instead of fading into the background, they went so far out of their way to provide help.
