Job Title: Certified Auto Body Technician

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in collision repair, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform auto body repairs
Analyze damage and develop repair plans based on estimates
Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
Restore vehicles to manufacturer specifications
Prep, sand, and refinish surfaces as needed
Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications:
Certification in Auto Body Repair (ASE Certification preferred)
2+ years of experience in auto body repair (preferred but not required)
Strong knowledge of repair techniques, tools, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and blueprints
Valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
