Customer recently had timing chains and water pump done at another shop in Omaha. The water pump failed, leaked out, coolant, overheated, customer drove for 10 minutes overheating and ruined the head gaskets. This one will be getting an engine replacement. Not sure if the shop in Omaha is going to stand behind their work/warranty. To be continued…

Customer concern was a burning smell and AC wasn’t working. Wowzer! That’s real bad! The smell was the burning of the magnetic clutch. The boy does it stink!

We had a visitor in the shop yesterday. He was a cute little sucker! Man could he scream! Not a happy camper getting caught. (We let him loose in the field next door)
