This 2011 Duramax just came through the shop for a headgasket replacement.

We used a high quality Mahle gasket kit,ARP head studs to keep a headgasket failure from happening again, and the owner opted for a fuel pump replacement since they’re known to go bad at higher miles.

This LML duramax was towed to the shop with low compression. After a diagnostic truck had bent pushrods, very uncommon for these trucks. We then took a look at the timing pin on the cam and it was sheared off and engine jumped timing. So the customer gave us the okay to do some preventative maintenance, we pulled cab, put a alternate firing order cam with key way and installed ARP head studs!
