Another great day for the Nick's PitStop Pit Crew! 🏆

We had a great time at the Edwardsville D.A.R.E. Car Show. As always, it was a great show—even with a little rain and plenty of heat!

“Faith,” our 1966 Mercury Comet Caliente, powered by a 390 Ford 6V / Tri-Power, brought home 1st Place in her class! 🥇🔥

Always great getting the cars out, supporting a great event, and spending the day with fellow car enthusiasts.

Thanks to everyone who put the show together. We’re already looking forward to next year!

FREE WOOD: Fall and Winter are coming...bonfires, fire places, wood stoves need wood to work. 😁 I'm taking down two large trees at the shop. There will be a lot of wood. The plan is to have the tree service haul it away, however if someone is willing to take it, that is even better. You may be able to team up with some people from your area and grab it to share. If interested, let me know.

What a great turnout of cars, trucks, and some seriously cool rides! There’s always something interesting to see at this show, and this year was no exception.

The Mascoutah Homecoming show is always one of my favorites. It’s well organized, well run, has plenty of shade, great food, and an awesome variety of rides. Put all of that together with a beautiful day and a great crowd, and it makes for a pretty hard-to-beat car show.

🏆 Another great day at the Mascoutah Homecoming Car Show! 🚗💨

Faith 66 390 Tri-Power brought home 1st Place in the 1965–1966 class 🥇, and Alice 67 289 Convertible followed right behind with 2nd Place in the 1967–1969 class** 🥈!

Couldn’t be happier with how the girls did today! ❤️ These old Mercurys may be getting older, but they’re still showing up and making some noise. 😎

The Mascoutah Homecoming Car Show is always one of the best shows around. It’s well organized, well run, plenty of shade, and of course… the combination of great rides, good food, and a great crowd** makes it a fantastic day every year.

A huge thank-you to everyone who puts this show together and to everyone who stopped by to check out Faith and Alice, talk cars, or just say hello.
