The best way to boost interest in an industry is to invest time in youth. Spend time with them, pay them fairly, treat them like part of the team.

This was Spencer’s second summer with us. He has a fabulous attitude, a ton of skill, and makes us all laugh everyday. Spencer recently graduated from Rock Hills High School and starts the Auto Body program at NCK Technical College this week.

Sawyer joined us this summer and spent time learning in the office, paint booth, and in the shop. Sawyer is a Senior at Republic County High School.

Thank you, Spencer and Sawyer for all your hard work. We are all so proud of you both. See you next summer 😉
