Not necessarily a paddling post, but I know a lot of locals follow so please pass this along to any you know who may be interested. Thanks! 2 BEDROOM, 1 BATH IN BELLEVILLE AVAILABLE JULY 1ST. Have the Sugar River in your back yard including an outdoor firepit! Off street parking for two cars. Just a couple blocks from downtown. This is an upper flat in an older two unit building, entry to apartment is an exterior staircase. Washer & dryer in unit. Water / sewer / garbage paid for by landlord. Electric and gas paid for by tenant. Lawn care and snow removal by landlord. A single well behaved dog less than 30lbs is OK. Please no cats, no birds, no ferrets, etc. One year lease. $1,400 / month due on 1st, $650 Security deposit, $50 / month pet fee. PM with an email to request an application. Sugar River Outfitters will be CLOSED today, Thursday June 11th, and tomorrow Friday June 12th. Due to the severe weather yesterday and more possible storms later today, we anticipate there will be trees and other debris on the river creating possible dangers. We plan to be on the river tomorrow to monitor and clear what we find. We hope to be open on Saturday like normal. Thank you for your understanding.
