1994 Caddy Deville blower motor.. The Blower control module is inside of the blower motor.. the problem with old cars now is that the electronics are breaking down .. if you look in the picture you will see a capacitor with the top blown off .. it is not replaceable.. you neeed to buy a new blower motor ...
