Customer: “My car doesn’t smell new anymore… it smells awful. Can you help?”

Us: “Let’s go take a sniff.”

One whiff later…

“Smells like a meat locker.”

So we put it on the lift and started investigating. The culprit? A family of mice had decided the glove box (where the cabin air filter is located) was prime real estate. They built themselves a cozy nest, chewed up the cabin filter, and unfortunately one unlucky mouse took a ride through the blower motor.

💨 That explained the smell.

We removed the nest, replaced the cabin air filter, cleaned everything up, and sent another happy customer back down the road with fresh air again.

If your vehicle has a strange smell, weak airflow, or your A/C just doesn’t seem right, don’t ignore it. Sometimes it’s more than just a dirty filter.
