As you've all noticed, we are officially back online. With that, we've made a few changes in the way we do things.

First, we no longer monitor the page's inbox. We receive countless messages on this platform and we simply cannot keep up with them all. We are more than happy to help with anything you might need, but you'll have to call or text us.

Second, we don't closely monitor the comments on our posts. Similarly to our inbox, we are flooded with comments! Kevin may occasionally pop in and make a few replies, but please know that this is not the norm. This means that if you ask a question in the comments, you might not get a reply. If you want to be sure we see your question, call or text us!

Third and finally, we want to discuss our process for diagnostics. With just one tech specializing in diagnostics, we can't get to everything as quickly as we know you'd like. We kindly ask that you plan to leave your vehicle with us for at least a day or two for diagnostics. Once we diagnose your vehicle, we can discuss a timeline for repairs.
